Andrey Kartashov graduated from the A. Erdely Professional College of Arts of the Transcarpathian Academy of Arts in Uzhgorod, and later graduated from the Department of Painting of the Repin St. Petersburg Academy of Arts. Since 2007, he has been a member of the Portrait Painters Association of America (PSA), and in 2016, he joined the Union of Artists of Russia. His works are represented in the collections of the Research Museum of the Russian Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg, Tianjin Museum, and Liu Haisu Museum of Art in China, Arnold Schwarzenegger Museum in Austria, as well as in private collections of collectors from Russia, the UK, the USA, China, Ukraine, Poland, France, and the Netherlands. Silver plated set for cleaning crumbs from the table

Set for cleaning crumbs from the table. The set includes a scoop and a brush. The objects are made of metal, possibly brass, the surface of which is patinated to look like silver with a partially gilded relief decoration. Brush with metal body, wooden base and natural bristles. The surfaces of the scoop and handle of the brush along the edges of the objects are decorated with a relief pattern in the Baroque style. The surface of the scoop is decorated with a baroque floral-leaf relief pattern. Western Europe, late 19th-early 20th century. Metal, stamp, embossing, casting, silvering, gilding (partially), wood, bristles. A complex production stamp with the image of a boat (?), the letter S. The indication of the letter S in the production stamp may indicate that silver plating.
