chinese bowls & covers blue/green gold dots marks

Two lovely Chinese pots with lids, background is dark navy or green with lots of raised dots, flowers & lots of gilding, marks on base of each, the marks look similar but one says 11 & other 12. Again these are decorated with raised dots & hand-painted
