1890 victorian pot cabinet / pedestal with casters

This Beautiful piece of Antique Cabinet with pot drawer and casters , is over 100 years old and in need of some restoration.
I purchased it few years ago hoping that I`ll get the time to restore it myself , but I never did.
I`m not an expert , I just like antiques , so I don`t know much about its era , wood type etc.
I can say it has a marble top which has some cracks on , the wood might be mahogany( but I`m not sure), it has a pot drawer with ceramic plate at the bottom and metal sheet all around and another storage drawer at the top.
Please note both knobs of the 2 drawers are missing , but the nails still attached, the decoration piece from the bottom door is coming off as it has only one nail attached and the door itself can come of as well as it is held only onto the top hinges, but I still have the hinges for the bottom part (please check pictures).
The iron casters are in working order , but stiff as you could expect.
