19th Century Mahogany 2-Tier Dumb-Waiter on Tripod Base with Ball & Claw Feet

A classic mahogany piece from around 1800-40 but in good condition, with two tiers, each with finely-grained tops with moulded lip, supported on ring-moulded turned baluster columns with wrythen urn bases, all on a tripod base of cabriole legs with elongated ball & claw pad feet and with knees carved with acanthus leaf decoration, this fine dumb-waiter will impress in the most tastefully-appointed of homes, whether period-furnished or more contemporary in style, fully-deserving of the admiring attention it will surely attract.

    Dia. of Upper Tier 45.25cm (c17.75") & Dia.of Lower Tier c60.5cm (c23.75")
Height to Lower Tier 52.5cm (c20.75") & Height to Upper Tier 83cm (c32.75")

This piece dates from the first half of the 19thC, so you may expect the mature character & patina of age, together with minor wear & tear commensurate with normal use but, otherwise, it's in good, clean & sound condition, ready to use in your home.
