This is a large original vintage/antique framed oil on canvas of a clipper sailing ship at sea. It is an amazing looking and incredibly atmospheric work. The ship rides a stormy sea under a brooding sky. It sits within a gilt gesso frame and is signed to the lower right. The painting and frame are in good overall condition for their age. The measurements are 104cm x 73cm including the frame. Any question welcome.
