Circa 1900. A neat sized (2-part) Jacobean style oak dresser. The top with moulded cornice and dentil detail beneath with all the facings finished with a stylish half round beading. The top with shelves and two cupboards with classic Jacobean style paneling, the base with a polished top and moulded fore-edge, with two large drawers with similar pattern to the top, each with elegant cast brass pear shaped handles with a pierced back plate. Beneath the drawers a further moulding and a wavy frieze, back legs are square and the front with three bobbin turned legs, all braced by sturdy oak stretchers with the front feet resting on three bun feet.
