A pair of grandiose floor-mounted jardiniere flowerpots designed for decorating large spaces. They can be combined with bouquets of fresh, dried or artificial flowers. The transparent hemisphere is made of thin fluted glass, presumably Baccarat. The stand, decorative columns, hoops, three-rayed gilded bronze pedestal are decorated with palmettes, grotesques and twisted cord. Decorative stands rest on lion paws. The side surfaces of the pedestals are decorated with decorative overlays. France Turn of the 19th-20th centuries. Bronze, glass, casting, chasing, gilding. Height - 105 cm, diameter - 57 cm.
