    A wondrful classically inspired gilt and ebonized metal hand held torchere wall light. It measures 7ins (18cms) high, has a backplate that has a diameter of 4.5ins (11.5cms) and it protrudes from the wall by 4.5ins (11.5cms)

     
    It is fashioned with an ebonized hand protruding from a circular and stepped back plate, which is holding a classicallty shaped torch, at the top of which is a light fitting.
    It is currently wired for use but the wiring looks to be pretty old so it would be prudent to have it checked before connsting it.
     
    An elegant wall light, in the classical style, that will look good on any wall,- with the right bulb or shade!
