amazing altarpiece south american colonial art

This is an unique hand carved altarpiece made in hardwood in the end of the 1700´s / earlies 1800´s . It comes from a little chapel in a private property that was dismantled after the sale of the property .
The piece is 32 inches (80 cm) x 57 inches (145 cm) . It still retains the original paint . The condition is excellent and the details gorgeous . The piece has many characters , the scene shows Jesus Christ speaking to the Faithfuls . The details are really impressive , the gestures , those faces claiming his blessing , are amazing . The faithful with children , the man with bear and the one evidently hearing impaired are achieved with perfection .
The author is unknown but evidently he was master of the hand carving and this piece became a piece of art , not only a Catholic decoration .
The general size make it perfect to be placed in any living room .
