A beautiful, openwork frame in the Neo-Rococo style, and chic and elegance, are the features characteristic of the armchair presented below. This furniture is dated 1925, and has been made in walnut wood. The armchair was manufactured in Northern Europe. The openwork frame, connected to the seat with an elliptical splat and crowned with a frame with a leaf ornament, forms the most beautiful element of the entire piece of furniture.
Furthermore, the backrest is connected with the rails, which have S-shaped supports. The seat of the armchair, wider than of a chair, has been upholstered with a new, elegant, and burgundy fabric. Also, the central part of the apron has been ornamented with a carved woodcarving with a floral decoration.
The whole is supported on four legs that have been joint together with a linking in the shape of H letter. Additionally, the rear legs are straight, whereas the frontal are cabriole, and they have been enriched with ornaments at the base.
This armchair is a perfect decorative and practical addition to any interior.
This piece of furniture, as for its age, is in very good condition. Only slight traces of careful use are visible. We hope that the value of this furniture will be appreciated by many customers.
