an antique continental walnut table

An 18th. cent. continental walnut side table, this could be used as a side table, a dining table to seat up to six people or as a centre table. This table has a magnificent heavy three plank top which detaches from the base and it has a single drawer in the frieze, it stands on tapered legs, these are united by a well shaped and original X shaped stretcher, the feet below this appear to be replacements. This table is in fine condition for a table of this type. Sizes: 49”wide, 36”deep, 30”high. Date: circa 1750.
