This is an antique 4-drawer lowboy. An English, oak and walnut correspondence desk, dating to the Georgian period and later, circa 1750.

• Charming small table, with great colour and attractive craftsmanship
• Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order
• Select oak stocks present fine grain interest and wisps of medullary rays
• Graced with rich caramel hues throughout, beneath a wax polish finish
  
  
• Wide top enhanced with delightful burr walnut borders
• Arrangement of four drawers to the fascia with natural oak boxes
• Each drawer dressed with brass drop handles over shaped backplates
• Standing upon tall canted legs with graceful pad feet
