This is an antique mantel clock dome. An English, glass over ebonised base taxidermy showcase, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1880.
- Fine Victorian example, ideal for displaying an ovoid mantel clock
- Displays a desirable aged patina and in good antique order
- Tall, narrow dome presents a bright appearance
- Later suede cushion pad in an attractive crimson hue
- Tiered base with ebonised finish and standing upon four bun feet
