An intriguing armchair/throne circa 1920.
The wooden elements of this piece of furniture are made in oak. The seat and the backrest are upholstered.
The handrails effectively finished in the form of scrolls. The armchair legs are turned.
The front leg’s feet in a shape of paws.
The seat of the armchair is spring, and original. It is filled, similarly to the backrest, with sea grass, and covered in tapestry-like fabric. From the outside, the fabric is finished with brass nails.
Presented furniture is in very good condition. The wooden parts have been renovated.
The fabric bears slight traces of use due to the passing of time.
