Circa 1870. A mid Victorian burr walnut oval shaped breakfast table, the top in the finest quarter matching burr walnut veneers of rich colour with a moulded fore-edge, and frieze in red walnut with fine beading beneath. The table has a brass clasps and small arm for locking it in the open position, resting on an elegant stylish fluted and carved stem, issuing four well carved hipped cabriole legs with foliate carving on the top and scrolling to the sides, finishing on a well curled foot with original castors beneath.

Scotland's largest antiques warehouse is located in a converted whiskey bond in historic Leith Edinburgh.
