An interesting c.1700’s European dagger – of simple form with a rather crudely made blade and very similar to home-manufactured daggers made during the mid-18th Century in America (see Neumann’s Swords and Blades of the American Revolution). The handle appears to be made from horn. Blade length is 8.75 inches (12.5 inches overall).
