Mint condition with original paper wrapper and wooden presentation box.
In simple black and gold ( Makie).
Rich red material lining inside.
Flower is "Ayame", Japanese Iris.
The Iris is a symbol of hope, frienship and wisdom in Japan.
Signed by the artist on the fubako lid front .
Signed again and red sealed by artist on inside lid of presentation box.
" Fubako" and "Wajima Nuri" in Japanese on lid of presentation box.
27cms x 21 x 4.
Weight 660 grams, with presentation box 1125 grams.
