Early 20C ebonised coat and hat rack with turned wood arms which fold flat when not in use.
There are three fold out hat/scarf pegs one slightly stiffer than the others, also six coat pegs.
It has two metal loops at the top for securing to the wall.
There are some paint scuffs that shows the use and age otherwise in good condition.
