An Important pair of French Louis Rousselet Faux Baroque Pearl Earrings.Louis Rousselet 1892 - 1980, born in Paris, was trained from the age of Eight , by M Rousseau, to master the art of lampwork beads.Rousselet pioneered the creation of faux baroque pearls. He coated the glass in essence d'Orient (a fish scale compound).These faux baroque pearl earrings are signed LR.They are screw back and measure 4cm drop and the largest pearl is 1.5 cm diameter Marked Made in France LR A fabulous pair of earrings illustrating pioneering beadwork by Louis Rousselet
