A stunning French early 19 th century French Buffet!
This Buffet is made of solid oak.
This is a richly carved buffet which comes from the region of Brittany in France.
The 2 doors and 3 drawers are richly carved with motives of wind roses, which is the symbol of the sea.
Also, there are geometrical designs and geometrical friezes running round the doors and drawers. This reminds the celtic influence.
The buffet has all its original features such as escutcheons, hinges, brass handles and key.
The buffet has also a very elegant shapely galbe apron, also richly carved with the same motives of the wind roses and circles.
The buffet stands on cabriole legs.
This is a well proportioned and well sized buffet/ Sideboard.
The colour of the buffet is a rich to medium oak.
The buffet is in very good condition.
Dimensions: 127 cm wide by 59 cm deep and 100 cm high.
Packing and shipping
All items are packed by our pro packers in France. The items are then blanket wrapped for double security by the courier.
All deliveries are through an independant courier company based in the UK. Time frame for delivery is approximately 4 weeks.
