george v silver & mother of pearl fruit service

This is a piece of fine antique silver & mother of pearl fruit/ dessert service for 12 persons in plain form. It is in exceptional presentation condition. The hallmarks struck to the surface of each piece are all very clear. The mahogany box with brass inlaid cartouche is also in very good condition with the exception of minor surface marks in respect of its age.

Each fork has 3 tines. For your info there are 2 of the forks that have slight damage to the handle one has been repaired with silver collar but it is from the same set/maker and same dated hallmarks. (See pictures).
Please do not be put off from the above because this is an absolutely beautiful item and I'm sure it can be rectified if required. Each fork is 13.5 cm
