Circa 1790. A George III mahogany and inlaid four door and breakfront cabinet bookcase, with an elegant cornice with chequered inlay and frieze is a geometric box inlay, the four glazed doors with rectangular astragals and the original glass, with inlay on the frames, banding and a brass beading separating the doors in the center, each section with adjustable shelves, The flat section with similar satinwood banding, the base with four panelled doors with a flame mahogany oval panels in the center framed in boxwood, insides with adjustable shelves, all resting on a base with eight bracket feet which follow the form of the bookcase. The bookcase comes in several pieces for moving.
