george iii style inlaid music cabinet

Circa 1880, George III style satinwood, kingwood, boxwood, serpentine front music cabinet. Profusely inlaid to the top, with instruments, sheet music and flowers, there is a serpentine drawer in satinwood and featuring foliate inlay and beneath are four apertures with arches in satinwood. The inside is in mahogany, and it stands on tapering legs in satinwood and with inlaid designs, finishing on a simple block toe.

The business grew so rapidly, they couldn't keep up with their inventory needs. Their goal has been to create a one-stop-shop where designers can complete an entire project from antique lighting to antique furniture to accessories. Scotland's largest antiques warehouse is located in a converted whiskey bond in historic Leith Edinburgh. With 50,000sq ft over five floors we offer a wide range of quality Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian furniture, as well as continental and small decorative items. Our stock is constantly changing.
