    Lovely oil on canvas Highland Landscape signed by Horace Mann Livens 1862-1936 contained in gilt swept frame. painting all in fine original conditio with no damage or repairs. Horace Mann Livens exhibited extensively at the RA, RBA, RSA, Goupil Galleries, Grosvenor Galleries etc. A prolific painer of landscapes and flowers. This is a good example of his landscape work. Circa 1920
