Circa 1880. An unusual brass and porcelain oil and candle light fitting. The elegant pierced top with foliate casting and a downward facing finial, carries three adjustable chains which have been locked in position, and a shaped brass reservoir in the center. The domed section is a large circular area of pierced brass with a white porcelain shade and original oil lamp and reservoir in the center, this issues three arms and each of the arms has four scrolling candle holders which are supported on shaped brass arms (can be wired for electricity).
