Aquarium Table Ciagerette Lighter by McMurdo.
McMurdo was a former designer for Dunhill.

This "half-giant" size lighter features reverse carved and painted Lucite panels with decoration of fish swimming underwater and features silver plate mechanism. It can be lit by rolling your thumb swiftly across the grooved cylinder which will cause the snuffer to rollover, revealing the wick and striking the flint, all in one movement.
