Circa 1860 Mid-Victorian burr walnut inlaid fold over games/ sewing table, the shaped top fine quality burr-walnut, finely inlaid, the top is hinged opens and swivels to reveal a well-fit interior with a satinwood, ebony, kingwood for playing draughts, chess, backgammon and cribbage, the front with full length fitted drawer, the shaped body, is inlaid on all sides, with a pull out basket beneath, the table rests on 4 elegant turned and carved balustrades, on 4 carved hipped profusely carved cabriole legs, braced by carved and turned stretcher, resting on the original white porcelain castors.
