Circa 1800. Neat-sized Dutch marquetry inlaid mahogany bureau. The top with panels of foliate marquetry and mother of pearl; the flap with a parquetry and crossbanded periphery and wonderful foliage and bird marquetry over three drawers with rococo brass handles, oak linings and exquisite marquetry fronts, with further marquetry panels on the bureau sides. All over hairy claw feet in front and rear bracket feet.
