We present you our newest acquisition: this grand, Neo-Rococo sofa, circa 1920. This highly original and stylish sofa has been made in an old, good furniture making technique -- placed on webbing and springs on a frame of walnut wood; whole was manufactured in Scandinavia.
The beautiful frame of the sofa is composed of three, separate-like backrests in an oval shape, whereof the side ones are higher and the central lower. Furthermore, every backrest has an elegant, carve frame. However, the most effective is the openwork crest that tops the central part of the backrest.
This piece of furniture is in original condition, has not undergone a renovation. Note that the furniture has delicate traces of time and regular use. Beautiful, jaquard upholstery has been preserved in amazing condition. It covers both the front and the back of the furniture.
Moreover, the upholstery has been finished with a striking stream of a golden-blue tape. To continue, the whole has been placed on beautiful, S-shaped legs.
A sofa as the presented above is an exquisite decoration of every living room, and will surely entrance more than one quest that sits on it.
This piece of furniture, as for its age, is in very good condition. Only slight traces of careful use are visible. We hope that the value of this furniture will be appreciated by many customers.
