The beauty of mahogany wood and the classic simplicity are the features of this furniture that will surely enchant any user of this Biedermeier desk. Presented piece of furniture is dated 1920. It was imported from Scandinavia, and has undergone a careful renovation.
The whole presents itself extremely elegantly and classy. Moreover, this desk has a lacquered, rectangular top with elliptical ends. Under it, there is an upper section, and two wide, cubicoidal cases with drawers.
The upper section has been equipped with three drawers. The side ones are smaller, and the middle one is wider. The drawers have been separated from each other with convex, geometrical ornaments. The bases are openable, and have single-leaf doors. In the inside of the bases, there are three spacious drawers that make the segregation of documents easier. The fronts of the doors have been dignified with beautiful, fluted columns, which add dignity and class to the whole. The stability of the furniture has been taken care of with solid supports: four of them, the rear, are rectangular, and the four in the front are supported by plinths in the flattened sphere type.
This desk is an extremely beautiful and representative piece of furniture, which is ideal for offices.
THE BOOKCASE HAS UNDERGONE A FULL RENOVATION.
This piece of furniture, as for its age, is in very good condition. Only slight traces of careful use are visible. We hope that the value of this furniture will be appreciated by many customers.
