ornate 1792 silver goblet to creamer conversion

George 111 1792 date stamped, London essay, with a makers stamp B.H upside down to main marks.
There appears to be a B.H in 1932 to 1935 who could have done the conversion from a goblet to a creamer.

Overall in very nice condition, with what appears to be some repair work to the foot/base.11cm body height. 13cm including handle. 7.7cm top diameter. 6.2 base diameter. Total weight 157gms.
