This is a pair of antique flower vases. An English, ceramic display urn, dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910.
The Slater's Patent was the process of applying wet lace to the clay, with the resulting pattern leaving a textured pattern upon which the design was applied. It was used predominantly between 1885 and 1915, and jointly patented between Doulton and Slater.
This is a delightful pair of antique flower vases, with a superb decorative finish and quality craftsmanship. Delivered ready to display.
