pair of louis xv style fauteuils/ armchairs

Circa 1900. Pair of Louis XV style giltwood armchairs (fauteuils). The square upholstered back with a foliate carved crest and neo classical inset carvings, the padded back with brass studs with sloping acanthus carved arms partially upholstered on acanthus shaped supports, generous overstuffed seat with further brass studding, supported on fluted tapering legs. Both chairs sound but need recovering.
