Piano Collard & Collard made between 1850-1870 in London. Original preserved condition, material burr walnut, keys of ebony and ivory. After the agreement can be fully restored.

The famous piano by Collard & Collard was originally founded as Longman & Broderip in 1767. Longman & Broderip was a music publishing company, which has produced a number of pianos. Composer and piano virtuoso Muzio Clementi, whose music was released just Longman & Broderip, the company has invested in and eventually he created an association with the brothers Collardovými called Clementi & Company. The company was very successful and grow at a rapid pace. Frederick William Collard was a technical genius and has received several patents for piano design and manufacture. In 1832 Muzio Clementi died and the company name was changed to Collard & Collard. In the mid-19th century, directed by Charles Luckey Collard. Under his leadership the company has managed to get in front of piano manufacturing in Europe and Mark Collard & Collard has become one of the most popular and most successful manufacturers of pianos of all time. In 1929 the company was sold to Piano Chapel in London. Piana called Collard & Collard was produced until about 1960.
