Circa 1860, magnificent set of 10 mid Victorian Scottish mahogany dining chairs, recently re-upholstered in burgundy hide. The chairs have rich colour and excellent patina, with a large top rail and shaped curved sides. The chairs have a large stuffover seat with a small shaped apron. The front legs are bulbous and finish with brass and porcelain tipped castors. All the chairs have been retightened and are in excellent condition.
