This attractive button back arm chair is solid and dates from around the late 1800's. It has mahogany turned legs to the front and splayed legs at the rear, all retaining their original brass fittings and castors. The show wood looks like it has been stained at some time and could do with some work.
The chair has a sprung and comfortable seat and this is stuffed with horse hair. It has been upholstered in the last 15 years in an off white fabric with a delicate self coloured pattern. The fabric shows no wear or tear but could benefit from a clean, we could also recover it if you wanted to use our upholstery service and we could arrange to send fabric samples in the post.
