A charming, porcelain, flower encrusted cornucopia shaped vase produced at the Staffordshire factory of Samuel Alcock between 1830 and 1835. Of very fine quality with well modelled flowers and foliage, hand-painted in bright enamel colours and highlighted with gilding. The base of one of the feet bears the hand-written pattern number, 8032, in red. The vase is in excellent, original, sound condition with, unusually, very little damage to the applied flowers.
