This is a set of 4 antique dining chairs. A Scottish, carved oak seat in Gothic revival taste, dating to the Victorian period, circa 1880.

• Professionally reupholstered in a vibrant claret red velvet

• Lower apron in sash form with relief decor and scroll detail
• Striking bulb form front legs adorned with grape and leaf detail over acanthus gadrooning
• Front legs standing upon a pair of collared circular feet
• Distinctive rear legs in square section, with turned ends
