Circa 1900, set of 8 mahogany Chippendale style dining chairs, including 2 carvers. With a shaped top rail with foliate carving above a Chippendale-style latticed centre splat. With outswept arms on shaped supports, leading to deep upholstered seats in cream leather. These are supported on cabriole legs to the front with acanthus carved knees and ball and claw feet, and with outswept rear supports. The carvers are 58 cm wide and 56 cm deep.
