Circa 1900 An unusual stylish mahogany framed duet stool the shaped, hinged upholstered top opens to reveal 2 storage sections, the shaped frieze follows the form of the top, with a moulding on the and top beading on the bottom, the stool rests on 4 elegant square tapering legs with foliate on the top intersected by stylish curvaceous stretcher with a small shelf in the center finishing on a splay toe.
