Circa 1900. A Sheraton style mahogany and inlaid two-part corner cabinet. The horn top with moulding and string inlay with a small raised section in the center, with chequered inlay and deep banding in the frieze. The glazed door in the top with classical Georgian astragals of 13 panes of glass with stylish mouldings, inside the polished top there are three fixed shelves, beneath this there is a broader section with a chamfered moulded fore-edge with a frieze like the top. The base with a single panel door with shell and elegant string inlay and broad banding, the chamfered fore-edges with string inlay matching the top. Beneath the bottom door there is a further moulding and the piece rests on chunky bracket feet at the front with a simple tapering block at the back.
