An attractive 19th century walnut writing slope box of good quality. Offered in good original condition. The exterior bares only minor signs of age, the stunning banding is still fully complete. Under close inspection some surface marking can be found with a further small 1.5cm crack can be found to the right side. The pearl Inlay around the key hole is also missing. The interior slopes are no longer preset however this box works perfectly well as a storage box. The provided key works and unlocks the lock freely. Overall a really attractive box. Size:
