This is a tall antique collector's dome. An English, glass and ebonised pine taxidermy or specimen showcase, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1880.

• Delightful Victorian example, with an ideal proportion for desk or mantle display
• Presenting a desirable aged patina and in good original order throughout
• Generously sized dome with a tall proportion and clear, bright glass
• Cushion pad to the centre, dressed in a pleasing red suede leather covering
• Raised upon an ebonised base with a trio of small bun feet
