This spectacular ring dating back to the 1920s according to expert assessment, captures the essence of timeless elegance. At the heart of this piece lies a breathtaking 1.66-carat old mine cushion-cut diamond, radiating brilliance and embodying the romantic charm of the Art Deco era. The ring's raised claw setting is both refined and understated, allowing the diamond to shine effortlessly in any lighting condition.
There are ten smaller old eight-cut diamonds which sit in deep settings on both shoulders, for a total of 0.12ct.
This ring is stamped PLAT. There is some abrasion to the edge of the table of the diamond, but all stones remain well-held, it is in good condition for a ring of around 100 years in age.
Please note: Inclusions are made more visible by our high-contrast photography, and they are less visible to the human eye. A colour and clarity grading has been performed by independent experts at Safeguard, part of the Assay Office of Birmingham.
Please find the SafeGuard report, (see the end image in the gallery) for more detailed information.
