His subjects are about decay and Nature''s courage to renew itself. He draws inspiration from the Chilterns where he lives, France and the interior of his home. What moves him most are the vivid colours of autumn. Painting this experience is the fusion of what he sees with what he feels into a pure sensation of colour and light. He has exhibited in England and France.
