gilded wooden chandelier

This item has one broken holder on one of the arms and so needs a little restoration. I do have the little broken parts.I have included a picture of the broken part. It has obviously been wired for electricity at some point but I believe that should be renewed alongside a little restoration.I have been told that it could be worth more than a thousand pounds restored but I have no idea what that would cost.
