Fine quality, circa 1750 brass dial long case clock with eight day, five pillar movement and beautifully figured London style mahogany case. The hood has an arched pediment with reeded columns and brass capitals. Arched brass dial with silvered sunburst to arch, silvered chapter ring with engraved numerals and silvered 'seconds' dial. Brass spandrels with figural masks. Decorative floral engraving with pair of birds below winding holes & surrounding calendar date aperture. Fine mahogany case with arched trunk door and decoratively shaped plinth.
Fully restored case and movement overhauled & guaranteed.
