Circa 1860. Two pairs of classic Dutch delft blue & white vases. One pair with a raised neck with floral decoration, a cartouche shaped panel with foliate painted edge with a shepherd and his flock, further decoration on the sides and the back. The second pair with similar neck and another cartouche on the front with a man with a bow and arrow on one, and a lady on the other side, the back with an unusual pattern with an oval shape with swags and tails. The 4 vases sit well together.

Georgian Antiques was founded in 1978 by John Dixon's brother Padriac in a small shop at Jocks Lodge, Meadowbank in Edinburgh, with John joining the business after finishing college in 1981. Scotland's largest antiques warehouse is located in a converted whiskey bond in historic Leith Edinburgh.
