We use parcel carriers such as DHL and FedEx for smaller pieces and furniture couriers for larger items. The furniture couriers usually provide a ‘one man kerbside service’. The driver will be helpful and try to deliver to your room of choice but assistance may be required. If you think you might require a two - man delivery service just let us know and we will make the necessary arrangements. Delivery times can vary depending on your location but parcel carriers can usually deliver within a few days and furniture couriers within 7 - 21 days. Furniture couriers will contact you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery time. Worldwide Shipping: We can send small items worldwide via DHL or FedEX, please contact us for a quotation. For larger items we can recommend, upon request, a number of reputable shipping companies. Please contact them directly for a quotation to ship anywhere in the world and we will be happy to deliver your item/s to their London based offices free of charge. RETURNS UK & Europe We ask that you carefully inspect your goods when they are delivered. If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return them within 14 days for a full refund less any transportation or postage costs.
