Circa 1800. A late George III mahogany inlaid bedside cabinet. The top with lovely figured mahogany, has a ¾ gallery with pierced lifting handles to the side and string inlay on the top facing, with a full-size door at the front, inlaid with a shell and string inlay with canted corners. The stylish cast brass handle of a fist with a bar through it, the uprights of the cupboard have multiple inlays. Supported on four square tapering legs with inlayed with an arch on the top with a dot beneath.

Scotland's largest antiques warehouse is located in a converted whiskey bond in historic Leith Edinburgh. With 50,000sq ft over five floors we offer a wide range of quality Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian furniture, as well as continental and small decorative items. Our stock is constantly changing.
